Preparation For The Big Days

We rallied members from different branches of our college and built a list of organizing members for TechFiesta2k24. Our teams included tech, marketing, finance, and PR, and we left no stone unturned in delivering the best event possible. I was part of the Hardware tech team and was responsible for coordinating the robotics event called "Entangled: Autonomous Maze Solver". With no prior experience, I felt pressure to execute the event flawlessly and without bias.

It was totally a new experience for me, because previously I had never been the part of any such event and as a result there was a certain pressure on me about executing my event smoothly without any hindrance or partiality.

We planned two two-week workshops for the participants, providing them with the necessary resources and guidance for each event. Initially, we planned for offline hardware workshops, but due to unavoidable circumstances, we had to switch to online workshops at the last minute. Despite the challenges, we persevered and delivered exceptional online workshops.

TechFiesta2k24 had a wide range of software and hardware-based events, including UI/UX design, Frontend Development, Robotics, IOT, and more. We took the initiative to organize events like extempore, painting, and junk crafts for students from nearby schools and colleges, as suggested by the college authorities.

We submitted our proposal in January and left no stone unturned in meeting all deadlines and ensuring flawless execution of the event in the first week of April.
