Where it all began.....

The Initiation

In January, a group of students from IITKGP visited our college to promote their upcoming tech fest, Kshitij. They presented various events that were going to be a part of their tech fest, but most of the students didn't show much interest. I was present in the same auditorium where the presentation was being held..


After they left, one of our college professors contacted some of my friends and proposed the idea of reviving our college's tech fest, "Techfiesta". Since most of us had joined the college during the COVID-19 pandemic, we had not experienced any such event in our college life. Without hesitation, we agreed to organize our college's tech fest.

I remember feeling enthusiastic and confident as we prepared for the tech fest. Hosting and organizing an event like this was entirely new and exciting for us, but we were determined to make it a success.

The Starting Of Hustle

 Preparation For The Big Days We rallied members from different branches of our college and built a list of organizing members for TechFiesta2k24. Our teams included tech, marketing, finance, and PR, and we left no stone unturned in delivering the best event possible. I was part of the Hardware tech team and was responsible for coordinating the robotics event called "Entangled: Autonomous Maze Solver". With no prior experience, I felt pressure to execute the event flawlessly and without bias. It was totally a new experience for me, because previously I had never been the part of any such event and as a result there was a certain pressure on me about executing my event smoothly without any hindrance or partiality.
